Is the app free?
The download is free. Full content is available via a subscription that you activate inside the mobile app.
Where do I sign in and what is the account for?
Sign in with email and password. Your account syncs access and keeps your content available on your device.
How many devices can I use?
Typically on your own devices using the same account. If you hit a limitation, contact support and we’ll help.
My subscription doesn’t show as active what should I do?
Try signing out and back in. Make sure you’re using the same email as in the app store purchase. If it persists, contact support.
Can I cancel the subscription?
Yes. Subscription management and cancellation happens in the App Store / Google Play (depending on platform), not on the website.
Do I need internet access?
Most content requires a connection. If any content becomes available offline, it will be indicated inside the app.
